We are looking for a Technical Product Owner who can bridge the gap between clients, business goals, and technical execution.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in client-facing discussions, can translate requirements into actionable product roadmaps, and can prepare compelling client proposals and estimates while ensuring technical feasibility.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, sales, and engineering teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements (BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Shape requirements into product roadmaps, MVPs, and phased delivery plans.
- Prepare detailed client proposals, solution outlines, and cost/time estimates in collaboration with the CTO/Tech Leads.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Continuously refine scope based on client feedback and technical constraints.
- Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative solutions to clients.
- 3–5 years experience as a Product Owner in a software house or SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum.
- Ability to create clear documentation (BRD, wireframes, workflows, user stories).
- Good technical knowledge of web and mobile app development (you don’t have to code, but should understand tech stacks, APIs, cloud basics).
- Proven experience in proposal writing, cost/time estimation, and client solutioning.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu) — ability to talk to clients in business terms and to engineers in technical terms.
- Strong skills in prioritization, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Prior experience in pre-sales / solution consulting.
- Exposure to tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Figma, Lucidchart.
- Knowledge of Agile ceremonies and backlog management.
- Experience working with international clients (US/EU/MEA).
