Placentek is looking for a UGC Creator & Social Media Manager who can create high-quality content and strategically grow social media accounts for our agency and clients. If you're creative, love social media trends, and enjoy making engaging videos & posts, this role is for you!
Location: (Hybrid/On-Site, G-11 Markaz, Islamabad)
Salary: USD (Performance-Based Growth & Incentives)
Full-Time Role: Monday to Friday, (We are a crazy startup, we don't look at the clock, sorry to disappoint)

Take Ownership of:
- Creating high-quality UGC content for brands & businesses.
- Managing & growing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & more).
- ️Designing & producing eye-catching social media posts (both static & video content).
- Tracking & optimizing engagement to maximize audience growth.
- Engaging with followers, responding to messages, and building communities.
- Staying ahead of social media trends to create fresh, relevant content.
- 2-3 years of experience in content creation & social media management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UGC, social posts, and video content.
- Video skills Comfortable being on camera & creating engaging short-form videos.
- Graphic design experience Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Proactive & self-driven You take initiative and bring fresh ideas!
