UI/UX Designer

DevDimensions is seeking a passionate UI/UX designer to become a key player in our innovative team!

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and technically strong UI/UX Designer with 2-4 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting intuitive user experiences, creating clean and scalable design systems, and transforming complex ideas into visually appealing, user-centric interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing, user-friendly designs for digital products, including websites, mobile applications, and other interactive platforms, aligning solutions with business requirements and goals.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences, translating findings into actionable design solutions, and defining target audiences through persona development and journey mapping.
• Develop pre-design materials, such as diagrams, flowcharts, and sitemaps, to structure ideas and user journeys, followed by wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, seamless implementation, and alignment with project objectives, while contributing to design system guidelines and reusable components.
• Conduct UI/UX audits to identify pain points and areas for improvement, ensuring designs adhere to user-centered principles and accessibility standards, and deliver intuitive, inclusive user experiences.
• Design with a focus on boosting conversion rates and achieving measurable business outcomes, continuously iterating through usability testing and feedback gathering for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, supporting the team with impactful presentations for stakeholders and contributing to discussions and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and creativity.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Take ownership of projects, managing design processes from concept to delivery with minimal supervision.
• Experience in integrating data-driven insights from tools like heatmaps and Google Analytics to inform and validate design decisions.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and CMS platforms to anticipate technical constraints and opportunities in designs.
• Advanced prototyping skills, including creating interactive and high-fidelity prototypes
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably working on digital products. (I am okay if skills outshine the number of years of experience)
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and is involved in client communication.
• A proactive approach to staying updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design quality and innovation.
