About The Role

We are looking for an insightful and analytical UI/UX Researcher to join our design team. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user research initiatives to help design intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly digital experiences.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute qualitative and quantitative user research
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and contextual inquiries
• Synthesize research findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to align user needs with business goals
• Create user personas, journey maps, and experience blueprints
• Identify pain points and usability gaps through data and behavior analysis
• Present research findings to stakeholders and influence design decisions
• Support A/B testing, concept validation, and iterative product improvements
• Maintain research documentation, archives, and knowledge repositories
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in user research or a similar role
• Proficiency with research tools such as Maze, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, Lookback, or similar
• Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of UX principles, cognitive psychology, and human behavior
• Experience with both moderated and unmoderated usability testing
• Ability to analyze user behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Heap)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
