VFX Artist/Motion Designer

About the Role:

Tabani Esports is seeking a creative and versatile VFX Artist who can bring stories, tournaments, and emotional moments to life from scratch. You’ll be the visual brain behind our animated teasers, esports trailers, character-based stories, reel content, and special projects. We don’t just need an editor—we need someone who can create worlds out of words.

Key Responsibilities:

• Animate full video concepts from just a script or voiceover (no raw footage available).

• Design and animate esports-focused trailers, teasers, and hype videos.

• Develop short-form content like TikTok reels, meme-based edits, motion reels with high retention flow.

• Create original 2D/3D visual assets, characters, transitions, overlays, and logo reveals.

• Collaborate with scriptwriters, strategists, and audio teams to craft emotionally gripping scenes.

• Execute motion graphics for YouTube shows, including dynamic intros, lower-thirds, stat overlays, and branded transitions.

• Maintain TBE’s bold, raw, and energetic brand identity in all visuals.

Required Skills:

• Mastery in After Effects, Blender, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar tools.

• Strong ability to visualize from scripts and produce story-driven animation.

• Experience in creating motion-based captions, overlays, and esports edits.

• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and pacing.

• Strong understanding of esports and gamer culture is a huge plus.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently or with a remote team.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in gaming, esports, animation studios, or content-driven media companies.

• Portfolio showing animated videos built from scratch, without raw gameplay footage.

• Experience crafting emotionally resonant content, story trailers, or sports hype reels.
