Job Description
- Manage all warehouse operations
- Ensure all resources available at warehouse required for smooth operations.
- Prepare and implement Inbound and Outbound SOPs.
- Ensure Inventory Management and accuracy in warehouse
- Ensure proper documentation of warehouse operations
- Facilitate selectors of customers and guide them to warehouse
- Ensure ON Time Sampling of Cotton arrived at warehouses
- Ensure ON Time and In Full delivery to customers
- Ensure accurate weighment of all trucks at warehouses
- Ensure Tare weighment of cotton bales at warehouse
- Ensure Moisture testing at warehouse for all cotton arrivals
- Explore new warehouses for updated warehouse inventory
- Ensure all LDC Safety guidelines are being followed by LSPs at all warehouses
- Other duties as assigned on a temporary or permanent basis.
- BBA, BSC / MBA (Major in Supply Chain)
- Advanced Excel
- At least 2 to 3 years of professional level experience of handling warehouse Operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Speaking and Writing both).
- Good Negotiation skills
- Handling Pressure and Multi-Tasking
- Warehouse Management
- Inventory Management
