Workday Integrations Consultant

Position: Workday Integrations Consultant

Workday Integrations Consultant at Systems Limited design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and various external systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between Workday and third-party systems using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and other integration tools.
• Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Workday and external systems.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize integration issues, ensuring reliable performance of all integrations.
• Perform data transformation and mapping to ensure data is transferred accurately across systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and ensure the integration design meets business needs.
• Maintain and support existing integrations, ensuring they are up-to-date and performing optimally.
• Create and maintain integration documentation, including design specifications, technical specifications, and support procedures.
• Stay updated on new Workday features and integration tools to ensure efficient use of available technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday integrations, including experience with Workday Studio and EIB.
• Proficiency in Workday Integration tools, including Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Core Connectors.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with web services (SOAP, REST) and API integrations.
• Experience with data transformation, mapping, and understanding of integration architectures.
• Familiarity with Workday’s security model and troubleshooting integration issues in Workday.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Workday certification in Integrations or related fields is a plus.
