Required Skills & Responsibilities

• Apply for and negotiate slots for additional/ad hoc flights at L2/L3 airports, securing timely approvals from relevant authorities for Summer/Winter Schedule
• Manage schedule changes arising from operational, commercial, slot, or weather-related factors
• Liaise with INNOVATA and OAG to keep airline schedules and routes updated in SSIM
• Publish schedules and implement changes, including extra flights and cancellations
• Prepare weekly/monthly aircraft utilization reports
• Demonstrate proficiency in relevant technology systems and tools, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Coordinate with Revenue Management/Sales teams on flight changes to optimize utilization and yield
• Assist FOCC (Flight Operations Control Center) in managing disruptions caused by AOG or other unforeseen events
