Our client PostEx is hiring a Branch Supervisor in Lahore.

Branch Supervisor – Job Description
 Supervise overall branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
 Monitor and drive sales performance of the branch to achieve assigned targets.
 Manage and guide the Retail Sales Executive(s) for better productivity and results.
 Ensure proper customer handling and maintain service quality standards.
 Handle COD (Cash on Delivery) cash management, including collection, reconciliation,
and record keeping.
 Ensure accurate cash handling, balancing, and timely deposit as per company policy.
 Maintain and monitor branch inventory, ensuring proper stock control and reporting.
 Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, cash, operations).
 Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, policies, and procedures.
 Act as the focal person during audits and ensure all records are properly maintained.
 Coordinate with head office and relevant departments for operational support.
 Identify and resolve operational issues at branch level.
 Support local marketing and business development activities.
 Ensure discipline, attendance, and performance management of branch staff.
