We are looking for a highly organized, versatile, and proactive professional to take on a dynamic dual role! We are seeking someone who excels at both sales coordination and high-level executive support.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field)
Experience: 2–4 Years in sales coordination, administration, or executive assistance
Location: Karachi
Salary: Based on experience
Position Overview:
In this unique role, you will be the backbone of daily operations—providing critical administrative, operational, and coordination support to the sales department while acting as the right hand to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and business proposals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Interpret and generate data from Excel to prepare monthly sales reports and presentations.
• Maintain updated customer databases/CRM and support the team with follow-ups.
• Coordinate seamlessly with accounts, logistics, and operations for flawless order execution.
Assistant to the CEO:
• Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Draft official correspondence, emails, reports, and letters on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Handle confidential company documents and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Exceptional skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are a must!).
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM software is a strong advantage.
• A highly organized, detail-oriented approach to handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination skills.
