About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven .NET Developer with 2+ years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using Microsoft technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using the .NET framework
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using C# and ASP.NET / .NET Core
• Develop and maintain web applications, RESTful APIs, and backend services
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Work with SQL databases to design schemas, write complex queries, and optimize performance
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and standards
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and/or .NET Core
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, or Razor Pages
• Experience working with SQL Server and writing optimized queries, stored procedures, and database design
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
