Details
IQ Food Industry, a subsidiary of the IQ Group of Companies (est. 1988), is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the Lahore region. Launched in 2021, IQ Food Industry specializes in producing high-quality, healthy, and halal-certified chicken stock cubes, redefining the culinary experience for Pakistani families. The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets in Lahore.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve/exceed monthly and annual targets for Lahore.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Area Sales Managers and sales representatives.
- Manage and expand the distribution network; build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Oversee execution of promotional and marketing campaigns.
- Manage the regional sales budget effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethics.
- Ensure consistent product availability and visibility in general trade and modern trade outlets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 15–17 years in sales with at least 12–13 years in managerial roles in FMCG (food/food-related products preferred).
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with sound decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of Lahore’s consumer market, distribution channels, and competition.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
