ABOUT THE ROLE
UP Commerce is a fast-growing Amazon brand-growth agency. We partner with brands across the UK, US, and international marketplaces to drive profitable growth through data-driven strategies, listing optimization, and full account management.
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Developer to join our onsite team in Johar Town, Lahore. This is a high-impact role focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and successful onboarding of new Amazon brand clients. You will be the driving force behind our growth, identifying opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring seamless client integration.
POSITION DETAILS
Position: Senior Business Developer
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Location: Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan
Work Schedule: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PKT)
Base Salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 per month
Commission: Attractive commission structure on every client onboarded
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a formal employment setting
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, prospect, and engage potential Amazon brand clients through targeted outreach, networking, and lead generation strategies
Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to understand client pain points and present tailored Amazon growth solutions
Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches highlighting UP Commerce LTD's expertise in Seller Central, PPC, listing optimization, and account management
Negotiate contracts and close deals within agreed timelines
Successfully onboard new clients and ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and upsell opportunities
Track sales pipeline and maintain CRM records with accurate weekly and monthly performance reporting
Stay informed about Amazon marketplace trends and competitive positioning
Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and generate referral opportunities
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of proven business development, sales, or client acquisition experience in formal employment
Demonstrated success closing B2B clients with a track record of exceeding targets
Strong lead generation skills with ability to identify and prospect high-quality Amazon brand opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
Familiarity with e-commerce and Amazon FBA/Seller Central (or willingness to learn quickly)
Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets, and sales tracking platforms
Strong English communication skills for client interactions
Experience with or knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr) is a plus
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable working evening hours (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT)
