Job Description:

Education: Graduates

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute short term plan to enhance effectiveness of hiring programs.

• Get involved in the partnership between organization and TA partners.

• Participate in diversified recruitment programs including job fairs, campus hiring, skill development programs etc.

• Use a systematic approach to identify improvement opportunities, root-cause analysis, recommending solutions, and implementing process improvements in accordance with client/company goals towards hiring the best talent from the market.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding

• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different role

• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Good Analytical Skills

• Excellent in MS Office

Preferred Skills:

• Basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit etc.)
