Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management:
    • Creating and implementing a social media strategy
    • Developing and scheduling engaging content
    • Managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Monitoring brand reputation and responding to comments and messages
    • Analyzing social media metrics to measure performance
    • Running social media advertising campaigns
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies
    • Managing SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns
    • Analyzing website traffic and conversion rates
    • Collaborating with other marketing teams (e.g., PR, sales)
    • Managing the digital marketing budget
Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and storytelling abilities
  • Analytical skills to measure campaign performance
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Content creation and copywriting skills
  • SEO and PPC expertise
  • Email marketing knowledge
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of video production techniques, sound design, and post-production processes and pod coasting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • A portfolio or reel showcasing your video editing work (required).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge of color grading and visual effects.
  • Experience in producing content for digital marketing and social media.
  • Familiarity with audio editing and mixing.
