What will you be doing:

Your work will focus on these main responsibilities:

  • Job schedule preparation and monitoring on daily basis for both Field Service & Workshop jobs.
  • Manage work orders, scheduling, invoicing, and timesheet validation
  • Ensure the best use and availability of the Field Service personnel encompassing required coordination.
  • Resource availability and Utilization in PB.
  • Assisting the Operations Managers with regular feedback from executed jobs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal details as appropriate.
  • Interface with the internal and end customer during the work for better understanding and minimizing gap.
  • Monitor and report the operational KPI's in order to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure quality deliverance with "zero Injury mind-set".
  • Cooperate with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies.
  • Adapt to ongoing changes in systems and platforms (e.g., Salesforce - SAP).
  • Support FSEs throughout the service process, providing guidance and resolving operational challenges.
  • Education: Any graduate degree
  • Work experience: 3-5 year in relevant experience.
  • Skills: SAP/ERP knowledge will be considered as a plus but it is not a prerequisite
  • Job location- Karachi
