Systems & Security Administrator

We are looking for a Systems & Security Administrator to own and manage all internal access, credentials, and security hygiene across the company. This role is responsible for ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time. 

You will act as the central authority for identity, permissions, and security operations, ensuring company data, accounts, and systems are protected from both internal misuse and external threats.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage all company emails and platform accounts

- Maintain a structured access matrix of who has access to what across all tools and platforms

- Implement and enforce regular password rotations and credential updates

- Securely share and revoke access based on roles and responsibilities

- Manage identity and permission structures across internal and client-facing systems

- Monitor and mitigate risks related to unauthorized access, misuse, or security gaps

- Ensure offboarding and onboarding access protocols are strictly followed

- Maintain documentation and SOPs for access control and security processes

- Act as the first line of defense against external threats related to account compromise or data access

Ideal Candidate: 

- Strong understanding of access control, identity management, and basic cybersecurity principles

- Experience managing permissions across multiple SaaS tools and platforms

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Comfortable operating as a gatekeeper for sensitive systems
